Delivery & Returns



DELIVERY

SÉ-ACH delivers only in Europe for now. If you are outside Europe, contact us to orders@se-ach.com and we can evaluate shipping costs in order to send it to you.


We only process orders between Monday and Friday 9:00-17:00 GMT. We don't process orders during weekends and national holidays. SÉ-ACH will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


We can’t be held responsible for delays due to the weather, mistakes from the delivery services or due to customs controls. 


You can find a preview of the shipping options when you enter your informations while ordering in "Summary" at the end of the page. The shipping costs, delays, taxes, will be notified there. When your order will be sent, you will receive an email of confirmation.




RETURNS

You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s). When you want to return it, please contact us before to return@se-ach.com


We only accept returns for items with the following conditions : 

- New condition

- Unworn

- With brand label and hangtag attached

- Unwashed 

- Undamaged

- In its original packaging 


Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Shipping cost to return your items areat your own cost. 


HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Send us an email to return@se-ach.com with the following elements :

- Name

- Order number

- Order date

- Email adress or phone number to contact you 

- RIB to refund you

- Reason to refund the order


We will give you the return address after contacting us. 


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you notice a defect on a product within 14 days from the reception of your order, please contact us to orders@se-ach.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
