HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by going on "Products" page. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word in the search box.
2. Once you have found an item that you want to buy, select your size, the quantity and click on the "ADD TO BAG" button.
3. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order. You will be able to use the 'REMOVE THIS ITEM' button to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.
4. If you're happy with the items, click on "CHECKOUT NOW". Then, add your contact information and click on "NEXT". Add your shipping address and click on "NEXT". Choose your payment method, click on "NEXT" and your order is done! <3
All prices listed are in euro's.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, VISA and Maestro cards.
STRIPE Platform is a secure payment platform. You can see on the top left a padlock symbol.
TAX AND DUTIES
All products are submitted to Belgium VAT of 21%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the webstore.
OUT OF STOCK
If you like something which is OUT OF SOCK, please write us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can maybe do something for you!

SÉ-ACH delivers only in Europe for now. If you are outside Europe, contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can evaluate shipping costs in order to send it to you.
We only process orders between Monday and Friday 9:00-17:00 GMT. We don't process orders during weekends and national holidays. SÉ-ACH will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We can’t be held responsible for delays due to the weather, mistakes from the delivery services or due to customs controls.
You can find a preview of the shipping options when you enter your informations while ordering in "Summary" at the end of the page. The shipping costs, delays, taxes, will be notified there. When your order will be sent, you will receive an email of confirmation.
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s). When you want to return it, please contact us before to email@example.com
We only accept returns for items with the following conditions :
- New condition
- With brand label and hangtag attached
- In its original packaging
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Shipping cost to return your items areat your own cost.
HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER?
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following elements :
- Order number
- Order date
- Email adress or phone number to contact you
- RIB to refund you
- Reason to refund the order
We will give you the return address after contacting us.
If you notice a defect on a product within 14 days from the reception of your order, please contact us to email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
